?實驗室利用海洋調(diào)查方法和數(shù)據(jù)，包括船載/潛載多波束與淺剖、光、分布式光纖、電磁、重力、2D/3D人工地震、鉆測井、靜力觸探等資料，進行構造、氣候、資源、災害、地貌過程、目標定位等方面研究，揭示深海構造、沉積過程、海底失穩(wěn)機理和海洋地質災害規(guī)律，應用于深海資源勘探與開發(fā)、深淵與極地科考、深海考古、海上風電場、海洋電纜、緊急搜救、數(shù)字巖心、二氧化碳封存等前沿領域。提出南海北部陸緣是一種新的中間型被動陸緣的觀點，揭示馬尼拉俯沖帶北部逆沖增生楔之下為俯沖的、頂部崎嶇的南海減薄陸殼。創(chuàng)建了南海深水淺層地質特征識別與風險評價技術，應用于多口深水鉆井井場選址，獲得海南省科學技術進步獎特等獎。?

(3) 深水工程地質災害探測設備研發(fā)：面向深水工程作業(yè)需求，研制原位探測設備，成像海底淺層三維結構，獲取關鍵巖石物理參數(shù)，評價深水路由、鉆井井場、深海采礦等觸底作業(yè)的海底淺層穩(wěn)定性，保障海底工程設施的安全建設和長期運維。 ?

黃曉霞，研究員，博士生導師，深海地球物理與資源研究室。于2019年獲得中國科學院海外人才計劃候選人資格，入職依托單位，于2021年通過擇優(yōu)考核。入職以來先后承擔兩項國家自然基金委面上項目、中國科學院基礎前沿從0-1原始創(chuàng)新性項目和中國科學院國際網(wǎng)絡合作伙伴項目等，參與國家重點研發(fā)計劃“深海和極地關鍵技術裝備”項目，并依托以上項目多次參與南極科考任務以及深淵深潛航次。于2022年獲得南極研究科學委員會（Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research: SCAR）授予的SCAR INSTANT Fellowship。于2023年應邀成為《Marine Geology》期刊的常駐編委。主要從事極區(qū)及中-低緯度大陸邊緣海沉積響應與古環(huán)境演變，研究興趣聚焦于發(fā)現(xiàn)海洋沉積過程與冰川、構造、氣候以及海平面變化之間的響應關系, 研究資料主要利用船載和潛載聲光電磁等地球物理探測手段，獲取高精度海底地形-淺地層-地球深部探測圖像及信號。
